The location of the room is right next to Luong Van Can street, with high traffic density, loud noise. The theater’s budget is limited, so we have made a technical plan that gives maximum priority to Sound Absorption, spending a small part on Sound Insulation but choosing the most important soundproof treatment positions to ensure quality. sound.

The 2.8m high ceiling is another weak point of the room. We decided to treat 100% of the ceiling area to reduce unwanted impacts and save space. To compensate for the sidewall without large sound absorption devices (reducing the waste of area), we arranged 3 extremely large bass traps capable of handling up to 20Hz in 3 corners of the room. This helps the room to be able to serve a band of 7-8 musicians, but the sound is still very good, the bass is extremely natural and compact.

The control room is combined with 2 small rooms and a hallway. The design uses the entire front wall and floor as a hard reflective surface, helping to bring the room’s naturalness to contrast with the entire ceiling, sidewall, back wall which is treated very thoroughly to absorb sound up to 30Hz.
