The owner – Mr Binh – is a longtime audiophile and businessman specializing in the Italian professional sound system business, FBT. For a long time, he dreamed of having a small room where he could relax, enjoy his favorite music, unaffected by the outside environment. Due to his busy work, it was not until 2019 that he was able to work with ISS Acoustics to fulfill his small wish.
The listening room was renovated from a room on the 3rd floor that Mr. Binh previously used as a movie room and was never really satisfied with the sound quality. After more than 2 weeks of construction, the room was finally completed and received very positive feedback from the owner and his friends.
The acoustic ceiling system is tailored according to the actual acoustic response of the room, with a good absorption capacity from 30-20,000 Hz. In the wall area, for low-frequency handling, ISS Acoustics uses a wall-mounted IMPACT bass trap. The task of controlling the sound from 80Hz or more and maintaining the liveliness and naturalness of the room is taken care of by the hybrid diffuser IMMERSIVE and diffuser Q7.
