Situation and Requirements
Multi-Intellectual High School (MIS – Formerly FPT Secondary School) officially came into operation in 2013. MIS aims to be a learning environment that respects the development of students, truly RESPECTs the DIFFERENCE. of each personality, each intelligence. Recognizing the diversity of intelligence so that there is an orientation and a roadmap for individual perfection.
We met with Ms. My, the school’s studio area manager, in the context of having built a few items according to the design she outlined herself based on information from the Internet and advice from sales units. The room has many weaknesses, leading to poor sound quality and very poor soundproofing.
The purpose of use is to record musical performances, film or livestream talks or speeches, record/record lectures… If the construction continues in the current direction, the studio will not be able to meet the use. use mentioned above.
Solutions by ISS Acoustics
We propose a new layout, with new construction and demolition of some details related to soundproofing. Reinforced existing bulkhead to improve sound insulation between control room and recording/recording studio.
The sound absorption systems are designed and optimized to reduce the reverberation time of the sound from 60-20,000 Hz but must ensure the naturalness and comfort for the user. ISS’s thin plate diffusion technology is applied intelligently, effectively absorbing from 60-3,500 Hz and 2-way diffusing energy from 3,500 – 9,350 Hz to help prevent the room from being too dry.

The sound insulation effect is much better than the current situation. The sound in the room is also natural and pleasant, not too dry but accurate and clean to serve the simple needs of the school.
